New and Improved Supplier Compliance – Now in LINK!

Late last year, we previewed the transformational changes being made to SafetyChain’s Supplier Compliance Management module and put out a call for Beta customers to help us test and refine the offering.

After three months of collaboration with more than a dozen helpful customers, we are thrilled to share that these exciting enhancements to Supplier Compliance are ready for prime time!

What Changes Can You Expect?

Supplier Compliance is moving to LINK, which has enabled us to make significant improvements to the module’s user interface, administrative, workflow, and reporting capabilities. These enhancements streamline the supplier onboarding process, simplify the management of supplier requirements, and improve overall system performance.

Transitioning to Supplier Compliance in LINK

Moving Supplier Compliance to its new home in LINK not only allowed us to vastly improve the module’s usability, it also gives us the opportunity to clean up customers’ data as part of the migration process.

Because of this, turning on the new features is not quite like flipping a switch. Instead, SafetyChain will work closely with all Supplier Compliance customers to evaluate their existing supplier requirements and decide which should be moved to the new module. For the majority of customers, this shouldn’t be a time consuming process and you’ll have the SafetyChain support team’s partnership and guidance to make sure everything goes smoothly.
