Unified Platform Modules (Part 1)

SafetyChain today has two primary interfaces - Web (for administration), and LINK (for data analytics). With this project we aim to unify SafetyChain to a singular LINK-based interface.
The first release of this project will support the release of Users, Roles, Workgroups, Notifications, Verifications, and Settings within the LINK interface
