Restrictive vs Collaborative Forms

Some forms should be completed by one user in their entirety. Other forms may need multiple users completing them across shifts. Making this distinction is critical in several compliance scenarios.
This project supports the designation of forms in those categories, and tracks who filled out what parts of the form in the case of Collaborative Forms.
