Unified Platform Modules (Part 2)

SafetyChain today has two primary interfaces - Web (for administration), and LINK (for data analytics). With this project we aim to unify SafetyChain to a singular LINK-based interface.
The second release of this project will support the release of Resources, Resource Designer, Locations, Records, Record Sign-offs, and Devices within the LINK interface
