SafetyChain PC App 7.0.3 — Hotfix Release

We've released a hotfix for the SafetyChain PC App that resolves an issue affecting session authentication.

What was fixed

In some cases, users could be unexpectedly prompted to re-enter their SafetyChain password while already signed in and actively working. This occurred during longer sessions and was especially disruptive for organizations using Single Sign-On (SSO), where users may not have a standalone SafetyChain password to enter. With this hotfix, the app maintains authenticated sessions more reliably, so users stay signed in without interruption.

Availability

The updated PC App is live now in the Microsoft Store and will update automatically for most users. The MSIX sideload version is still currently pending Microsoft certification; once it clears and is released, it will already include this hotfix — no additional update will be required.
