This release marks a major milestone for three Limited Availability programs, with Production Monitoring, CAPA Management, and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) all reaching General Availability. Alongside these launches, this release also delivers targeted enhancements to Dynamic Flow and LINK that streamline everyday workflows across the platform.

Feature Summary

Production Monitoring

Production Monitoring enters General Availability, bringing live production performance and post-run analysis together in a single, modern experience. This release adds Changeovers for continuous run-to-run transitions on the same line, a Production Plan Import API, and centralized Production Attribute Configuration for managing target rates and performance thresholds. CAPA Management

CAPA is now Generally Available. This release adds a new CAPA Dashboard delivering fifteen live metrics across KPIs, distribution charts, and Step/Task activity, plus Secure Profile sharing that extends controlled CAPA visibility to stakeholders outside the CAPA system. CAPA Minor Improvements

A collection of smaller CAPA Management improvements based on customer feedback, including resizable table columns, date-range filtering on Due Date, more accurate Task counts, consistent ordering between the Activity and Tasks tabs, and tighter guardrails around supplier Task approvals and CAPA Name length. Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR)

SCAR enters General Availability for all Supplier package customers. Improvements make SCARs more flexible with optional or multiple Item Resources, let teams review approved supplier Task submissions directly from the CAPA Management table, and introduce a dedicated Corrective Action Task email that better reflects the urgency of supplier requests. Filterable Date Fields

Adds an Is Filterable toggle for date fields in Form Designer, letting users filter and group LINK records by operational dates - like Production Date or Expiration Date - rather than only by submission date. Record Data APIs will also support date-field filtering too. Read full release note.

Dynamic Flow: Attachment & Value Locking

Dynamic Flow now lets admins set carried-over field values to read only and carried-over attachments to locked on downstream tasks, keeping original data intact through multi-step workflows while recipients can still add their own attachments and complete new fields. Read full release note.
