Patch Release: May 8, 2026

This release includes the following fixes and improvements:

Compliance, Forms & Data Management

• Resolved unresponsive form issue: Users will no longer encounter a "page unresponsive" error when attempting to complete specific forms.

• Corrected resource tagging for DPT uploads: Data Provisioning Tool (DPT) for form compliance uploads will now correctly apply resource visibility rules.

• Resolved issue with disabled resources appearing in previews: Disabled resources will no longer appear when previewing forms if they were disabled after the draft was created.

• Questionnaires containing Chinese characters will now save correctly without encountering an "Invalid Field Name" error.

• Ensured related documents display correctly: When adding new related documents in the Form Designer, all available documents will now appear in the selection list.

• Resolved search issues with special characters in resource names: Resource names containing certain special characters can now be searched for accurately.

• Resolved an issue where Form Designer would not load form to allow editing.

Reporting & Data Visibility

• Corrected date/time discrepancy in exported records: Exported record files will now display the correct date and time, matching dynamic flow records.

• Resolved issue with missing imported records: Successfully imported records will now be visible in LINK and the Browser interface.

• Improved accuracy of "Previously Submitted" tab: Supplier users will now see the correct number of submitted documents in the Supplier Portal.

• Addressed data verification filter count discrepancy: The record count displayed after applying the "Data Verification: Unsigned" filter will now accurately reflect the number of returned records.

• Improved exception report download stability: Users can now download exception reports without encountering timeouts.

Resources & Configuration

• Resolved resource search inconsistencies: Resource searches will now consistently display expected results, even when resource names have been updated.

• Improved error handling and logging for Resource Suppliers DPT import processes.

Notifications & Access Controls

• Corrected rounding of min/max values in non-compliant notifications: Email notifications for non-compliant items will now display the precise min/max values as configured, rather than rounded values.

• Resolved issue with test reminders not sending: Test reminders will now be sent as expected to all specified suppliers.

Tasks & Workflow

• Ensured supplier tasks are triggered and assigned: Supplier tasks will now be correctly triggered and assigned when item resources are linked to the supplier.

• Resolved unexpected supplier requirement tasks: Previously submitted supplier requirement tasks will no longer appear unexpectedly.

• Fixed object reference error when submitting supplier tasks: Suppliers can now successfully submit tasks in the portal without encountering an "Object Reference" error.

General Platform

• Updated copyright year: The copyright year displayed in the website footer has been updated.
