We’re excited to share a set of important fixes and usability improvements in our latest patch release, rolling out June 24, 2025. This update targets critical areas across the Inbox and core APIs—helping to improve performance, clarity, and user experience throughout the platform.

Usability & Performance Improvements

  • Task Approval
We’ve resolved an issue where authorized users encountered an error when attempting to approve or reject tasks in the Inbox. Users can now approve/reject tasks without interruption.

  • Supplier Compliance Load Time Optimization
Performance issues causing long load times and timeouts in Supplier Compliance have been addressed—especially when filtering by “Relationship manager” and “Needs approval.” These areas now load more quickly and reliably.

  • API Enhancement for Record Tracking
The GetRecords API has been updated to include the resourceId in its response payload, providing greater context and traceability when managing records.

  • CreateTask API Performance Boost
We’ve improved the efficiency of the CreateTask API, significantly speeding up task creation and processing—especially for more complex scenarios.

Data Accuracy & Notification Fixes

  • Past Due Notifications
Fixed an issue where internal Task Past Due notifications were not being sent consistently. Notifications now trigger and deliver correctly.

  • Accurate Dashboard Filtering
Dashboards now correctly use the “Submitted Date” for data filtering rather than “Collection Date,” ensuring accurate visualizations.

  • Supplier Compliance Requirements Display
We’ve fixed an issue where historical and current requirement instances were displayed together, leading to duplicate names. Now, only current requirement names appear per row for clarity.

  • Verification Options Display
Verification options now appear correctly, even when form filters are not applied—improving the bulk verification experience.

Form Field Data Fixes

  • Character Limit Expansion
The Default column for form field data has been updated to support longer entries, resolving errors for multi-select fields with over 4,000 characters.

  • Whitespace Cleanup
Extra white spaces have been removed from default values in form fields, resulting in cleaner, more accurate data input.

Record Lock Visibility

  • Disclaimer for Locked Records
Records older than 180 days now display a clear message in Record Viewer explaining why the form details are unavailable, along with instructions and an email link to request unlocking.
