May 2024 Release: iOS, Android & Windows Apps Updates

With regards to the recently published May 2024 monthly release, two resolved bugs specific to the Android & iOS applications (version 6.45), and one resolved bug relating to the Windows App (version 6.46), will now be released on Thursday, May 30, 2024. At that time, the update will be available in all of the app stores or via the method below.

A reminder from your Product and Support team: Ensuring your devices have the most recent SafetyChain App version is highly advised. If you are using an old version of the SafetyChain app for your mobile submissions, you are at risk for unexpected behavior and will not be able to take advantage of all new mobile features.

Bugs Resolved

Mobile

• (Android & iOS) Resolved an issue when downloading a form with a complex expression and default value combination that resulted in the form not opening for some users.

• (Android & iOS) Resolved an issue that, in rare cases, resulted in fields appearing blank instead of showing the calculated value from the expression.

Windows App

• (PC App) Resolved an issue that occasionally caused date/time and time fields to default to the device time rather than the proper calculated value.
