iOS & Android App Bug Fix: User name not captured if incorrect PIN is inputted while submitting a Direct Observation

New version of iOS App published on 11/8/22, 6.31.1

We resolved an issue in both Android and iOS devices in which the User Name was not properly captured in the system if the user inputted an incorrect PIN while submitting a Direct Observation. As a result, the system shows “NULL” instead of the User Name, so reporting was not associated with the user in those instances. This issue occurred on 11/7/22.

Please update your Android and iOS Apps at your earliest convenience.
