Important Update: Change to Future Scheduled Maintenance Window Start Times

We're writing to let you know about an upcoming change we are making to our scheduled maintenance windows going forward.

Effective March 16, 2026, our maintenance downtime windows will begin at 8:30 PM PT, replacing the previous start time of 10:30 PM PT.

What to Expect During These Windows

• The SafetyChain web application will be temporarily unavailable.

• Users can continue working in the application in offline mode.

• Offline submissions will automatically sync once service is restored.

We will continue to notify you of any planned maintenance work, including scheduled dates and downtime start and end times, so you can plan accordingly.
