Bug Fix: PC Apps v6.38.1

Due to some recent Microsoft limitations, and your greatly appreciated customer feedback from v6.35 to v6.38, we are re-instating the LINK functionality to include the ability to view records from the record details slide out (see screenshot below). This will enable you to view, sign, edit, and download your record in a new tab in your default browser.

Note: This will limit the ability to download documents in LINK through the PC App (see screenshot below); however, documents can still be downloaded through the record detail slide out view from your default browser. 

Availability: This will be available in the new PC App version 6.38.1 beginning Thursday, 6/29/23. There will be no impact to iOS and Android versions.

A reminder from your Product and Support team: Ensuring your devices have the most recent SafetyChain App version is highly advised. If you are using an old version of the SafetyChain app for your mobile submissions, you are at risk for unexpected behavior and will not be able to take advantage of all new mobile features.
