Product Updates Are Moving to the SafetyChain Knowledge Base
Release notes are moving! SafetyChain release notes and other product updates are relocating from the Improvements Hub to the SafetyChain Knowledge Base — bringing product news and support content together in one place.
Everything in one place
The new Release Notes area will bring together:
Announcements
Release notes
Feature Highlights
Mobile and PC App Updates
Release Notes Archive (organized by year)
All current release notes—including mobile updates—will remain publicly accessible. No Knowledge Base sign-in is required to open or share them.
What you need to do
Bookmark the SafetyChain Knowledge Base and open the Release Notes section when it becomes available.
Update saved Improvements Hub links once the new section is live. Because older URLs may not redirect automatically, the new Knowledge Base bookmark will be the most reliable path.
Use Knowledge Base links when sharing release information with colleagues, including anyone who receives a forwarded release email.
If an update requires additional action from your organization, SafetyChain will provide the appropriate guidance separately.
How you’ll receive product updates
We will continue sending email notifications when new release notes and product updates are published. Each email will include a link to the related article in the SafetyChain Knowledge Base.
The articles will remain publicly accessible, so no Knowledge Base sign-in or subscription is required to open or share them. We also recommend bookmarking the Release Notes section for easy access.
Android and Windows app distribution
SafetyChain is moving away from APK-based Android sideloading and toward Google Play Store distribution. If your organization currently uses APK files, continue following your existing approved process for now. We will provide separate guidance before that process changes.
Updates for SafetyChain for Windows will also be available in the Knowledge Base. Any device-management or distribution instructions will be communicated separately.
This content move does not change your SafetyChain product functionality, licensing, or tenant access.
Looking beyond release notes?
Release Notes will stay focused on what has shipped. For a broader look at SafetyChain’s product direction and roadmap, join us at ChainReaction, where we will share the bigger product picture.
Transition timeline
The Improvements Hub remains available through Sep 7, 2026 to briefly help visitors find the new location.
Looking beyond release notes
The Knowledge Base will be your ongoing destination for release notes, feature highlights, and other product updates—but the conversation doesn’t stop there. At ChainReaction 2026, we’ll bring the bigger product picture to life through forward-looking sessions, tactical workshops, customer panels, and practical conversations about where SafetyChain and the industry are headed.
If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time to join fellow SafetyChain customers in Orlando, October 7–9, to exchange ideas, learn from their real-world experiences, and help shape the conversations influencing what comes next.

A fond farewell to the Improvements Hub
The Improvements Hub has served us well—but even an Improvements Hub can appreciate an improvement. We are giving it a well-earned sendoff while bringing release information closer to the help content you already use.
We look forward to welcoming you to the new home for SafetyChain product updates.
