Patch Release: November 23, 2025

We’re excited to share that this patch delivers a series of stability improvements, bug fixes, and performance enhancements across Forms, Supplier Compliance, LINK, Document Management and Resource management. 

Usability & Performance Improvements

• Form Resource Management

  • Resolved an issue where removing a single Resource from a multi-Resource Form could unintentionally remove an additional Resource.

• Record Verification Controls

  • Corrected a bug that allowed users to verify their own submissions in LINK without the required Self Sign permission.

• Supplier Compliance Performance

  • Improved filter handling to prevent LINK crashes and reduced errors when applying Supplier or Item Attribute filters.

• Document Management

  • Resolved execution timeout errors when accessing Supplier or Item document types.

• Tag Manager

  • Fixed “Bad Request” errors when updating configuration data to ensure tag and device changes save and propagate reliably.

Data Accuracy & Notification Fixes

• Supplier Compliance Score Card

  • Fixed a display issue preventing Percentage and Quantity values from updating until a column was sorted. Values now refresh immediately as expected.

• Resource Exports

  • Fixed an issue where filters applied in the Resources by Attributes view were not retained during Excel export.

• Verification Comments via API

  • Addressed an issue where verification comments were not sent through the API until a record was edited.

• Resource Category Display

  • Fixed intermittent blank Resource Category fields when navigating through the Related link in the Hierarchy view.

• Task Notifications

  • Resolved an error encountered when internal users opened past-due tasks directly from email notifications.

This release strengthens platform reliability and ensures a smoother user experience across multiple modules.
