This release includes the following fixes and improvements:

Compliance, Forms and Data Management

  • Resolved an issue preventing the saving of pre-defined values containing single quotes in Dynamic Flows. This correction ensures that all selected values can be successfully saved, improving the flexibility of form configuration.

  • Fixed an error that occurred when releasing a form, ensuring a smoother form release process.

  • Addressed an issue where disabled resources were still appearing in preview mode of released forms and drafts. This ensures that only active resources are displayed, providing a more accurate representation of your forms.

Reporting and Data Visibility

  • Corrected the "Past Due" filter in Supplier Compliance to accurately display only overdue requirements and prevent completed items from being included in the count. This improves the accuracy of your compliance tracking.

Tasks and Inbox

  • Resolved an issue where Task Past Due and Task Past Due Escalation notifications were not being sent due to a Scheduler Service issue for certain tenants.

  • Resolved an issue where Task Scheduler tasks were not being generated or appearing in the Inbox due to duplicate tenant entries in the tenant metadata table.

  • Resolved an issue where tasks containing attachments with a blank URL would fail to load on mobile and PC App. Tasks with this condition now load correctly.

  • Fixed an issue where field-level attachments with special characters in the filename (such as &) were not visible when viewing a record. Attachments now display correctly regardless of filename.

Records and Filtering

  • The date field filter now includes forward-looking range options — Tomorrow, Next Week, Next Month, and Next Year — making it easier to filter records by upcoming dates.

  • Time and date fields using TIME NOW or DATE NOW expressions now behave consistently across platforms when those fields are hidden by a dependency. The value clears when the field is hidden and populates with the current time when the field becomes visible again.

  • Fixed an issue where the Recall button was incorrectly enabled for tasks in 'Done On Time' or 'Late Done' statuses. The Recall action is now only available for tasks where it is a valid next step.

  • Added server-side validation to ensure task operations (such as Recall, Reassign, and Change Due Date) are only performed when valid for the task's current state, preventing unintended or duplicate actions.

Forms and Dynamic Flow

  • Disabled forms that are configured as Dynamic Flow targets will no longer generate tasks in the inbox. Users who attempt to enable or disable a form that is part of a Dynamic Flow will see an inline warning prompting them to review their configuration.

  • When Dynamic Flow has locked form or task attachments, a lock icon now appears in place of the delete (X) button, making it clear that the attachment cannot be removed.

  • Clarified instructional text throughout the Dynamic Flow configuration screens to better guide users when setting up trigger types and conditions.

  • Resolved an issue where the Task Note field would disappear when reopening a previously saved task in the Inbox.

Tasks and Workflow

  • Task completion now triggers a dedicated TaskCompleted event, providing cleaner, more targeted data for integrations and downstream workflows.

  • The Task Note field now enforces a 2,000 character maximum across all task types, ensuring data consistency and preventing submission errors from oversized entries.
