2024 Release Calendar

We understand the need to provide customers with transparency into changes that may impact your use of SafetyChain and the critical importance of the overall reliability of our systems. To provide better visibility into upcoming system updates and aid in your planning, below is the 2024 Release schedule of the new monthly feature enhancements, bug fixes, and scheduled maintenance activities.

The below visual captures our monthly Product Release Notes & Deployments for both the Train and Live environments. 

Here is an example, using the month of September, to help you interpret the color coding:

This pattern will continue throughout the duration of 2024. To avoid confusion, and ensure our month-based naming convention remains aligned with the actual calendar, the release notes for July and August will be merged into a single “July & August” Monthly Release. This will be reflected beginning next week with the Train release notes published on Wednesday, July 31st.

Understanding that things may inevitably change as time continues, we’ll provide proactive communications for future updates to our release cadence and format and will ensure the graphic remains up to date in the Knowledge Base article.
